At NeoVisitor, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible booking experience. In the event that you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please review the following policy:
Please note that the cancellation policy of each property may vary. You can find the specific policy on the payment page and in the confirmation email provided after booking. All requests for a refund must be informed to us before the last day of the reservation and must be received by us in writing with supporting documentation within 14 days from then. We will consider requests for refunds on a case by case basis. The exchange rate at the time of refunding will be the current exchange rate. Thus the amount refunded may vary from the amount paid by you, at the time of making the booking due to such exchange rate variations.
Modifications to your reservation may be made up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date with no fee. For modifications made within 24 hours of the arrival date, a fee will be charged.
Refunds will only be processed in the event of a cancellation or modification made in accordance with the above policies. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited back to the original form of payment.
